Compatible models: VR/AR headset mounts, AI smart glasses frames, sports glasses and sunglasses frames, supporting the modification and upgrade of mainstream VR models as well as the production of prototype models

Molding process: prepreg hot pressing, molding, bag pressing, matching with order batch according to part size

Surface texture: 3K twill, 3K plain weave, forged carbon, with customizable texture direction; available in matte finish, glossy finish, and transparent varnish

Skin-contact treatment: The inner side can be fitted with TR90, acetate fiber, or silicone pad strips to improve wearing comfort and anti-slip performance

Structure and Interface: Reserved camera holes, sensor holes, charging ports, and hinge positions for the temples, with holes precisely cut by CNC for accurate alignment

Functional compatibility: It can be partially treated with fiberglass or aramid mixed laying in the radar and sensor areas, balancing electromagnetic permeability and lightweight (the main material remains carbon fiber)
